Upload ASA document

Provide your Athletics South Africa registration document, or member number

Required documentation

Upload your completed ASA (Athletics South Africa) registration form. This is required for all new members who don’t have an existing ASA number.

Application review and acceptance

What happens after you have submitted your application?

Processing time
Your application will be reviewed within 5 working days
Annual fees
Club fees must be paid upfront for the year. Proof of payment will need to be sent to club admin
Ordering my kit
Complete the kit order form and contact your club admin to arrange collection or courier delivery
Welcome to the club
Your club admin will contact you once your application has been accepted

What happens after acceptance?

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with payment details.
  • Your chosen club’s admin will contact you to welcome you to the club.
  • After paying your annual fees, you can participate in all the club’s activities.
  • Join us for timed trials, fun runs, and other exciting events!
