Time Trials
Monthly time trials are held. A monthly fee of $5 is payable for refreshments after the trial.
Camping arrangements will be discussed for major races including TotalSport Two Oceans, Om Die Dam, Comrades, Sanlam Cape Town Marathon and Soweto.
Elite runners will receive racing shoes at the Nedbank Running Club Head Office in South Africa.
