 Sad news: SA running legend, Tv commentator & real gentleman Zithulele Sinqe (born June 9,1963) killed in car crash near Balfour 22 Dec 2011. Zet won titles at Two Oceans, SA marathon & famously ran 60.11 for the SA half marathon in East London with Mathews Temane. Zet was a member of the management team that founded the Nedbank Running Clubs and was in charge of the national development for the club for 3.5years. He left the club last year to run sport & running development for mines near Balfour. Huge loss. Condolences to his family... |
