Pule Sepitle Raymond Phaladi invites the Nedbank Running Club Members from Johannesburg and Pretoria to joing him and a number of the Dream Team athletes on their long run on 27 April in preparation for Comrades.

The run will leave the Barnard Stadium in Kempton Park at 06h00 with water points staged at approximately every 4km.
-          15 water stations with a full box of water sachets (100x150ml) per
    water point
-          3 x 2 liter coke per water point
-          Jelly tots per water station as from the 4th water point
-          Bananas per water point as from the 4th water station
-          Biogen will be served at 10 selected water stations
-          Future life energy bar will be served at all water stations
-          A box of future life to all runners and volunteers after the completion of
    the event
 
Anyone who prefer their special drink please must please drop it off as early as possible so it can be handed to the volunteers who leave 15min before the start

A sweeper car will also be on duty on the day.
