Our run falls over a SA long weekend in September, so it's the perfect opportunity to get away from it all and come to Swaziland.  The route is undulating with a large portion run on good gravel roads at the foot of a mountain.  Prize money is excellent for a 21km, with Ngwenya Glass crafted trophies for the winners.  Medals, t-shirts and goody bags to all 21km finishers for an entry fee of R50.  Ezulwini Valley offers all types of accommodation from 5 star to back packers.  If you require any further information, please don't hesitate to contact Gerard Shields (details on flyer).
