2026 COSASSA Championships in Bulawayo – 31 August to 3 September 2026

Megan Waller, one of our Nedbank athletes, represented South Africa at these championships and obtained two silver medals in the 1500m and the 3000m. Although not club related, we can still be enormously proud of her achievements.

Time Trials

Come and experience the company of fellow members for a 2,4,6 and 8km. Walkers are also more than welcome to come and join. Time Trials are important to measure your progress from week to week and we can see in the results how participants better themselves on a weekly basis.

We introduced the “Remote” Time Trials from 1 April 2026, where all members have the chance now to compete for the most loyal supporter of the time trial trophy for the year. If you want more information, please look on the WhatsApp groups. We will still have a quarterly award for members doing the time trial at the clubhouse.
