Welcome to Nedbank Running Club Cape Town WPA.
Time Trials: Every 2nd Tuesday of the month, Parow Track at 18:00. (Contact person: Robbie Lindsay 082 202 3593).
Monthly Awards: Every last Tuesday of the month, Parow Track after the Time Trial. (Male and Female Athlete of the month).
Track Coaching: Every Tuesday & Thursday, Parow Track at 16:30-18:00. (Contact person: Derick Primo 084 486 2675).
Athlete Development is a big focus for us. Ashley Smith is in charge of the Junior Development Team.
Social Long Runs are organised over the weekends by Joseph Johannes and Faku Mzukisi.
