Virtual Time Trial will commence on Tuesday 4 August 2020.

It has been four months since we were last able to personally motivate our members and we have missed you!

From 4 August 2020, we will start a virtual time trial for our members and time trial supporters.

You will run your own 4km, 6km or 8km time trial wherever you are, every Tuesday, and any time of the day.

Join the Nedbank RC Port Elizabeth club on Strava and upload your runs.

For those who do not have GPS watches or access to strava, please do your run and send me a picture of you with your watch showing the time and distance.  

Those who do have GPS watch but have not joined strava, it is very easy to do.  Download strava, create an account, link your GPS device and join our club.

It is very encouraging for some members to see what other athletes are doing, although remember that not all training programs works for everyone.  It is not advisable to copy what others do as it may not work for you individually.  If you are unsure, rather ask advice.
