I’ve really had an exceptional month of training with the Garmin 620. Thanks to Garmin I am able to remained as fit as fiddle during my pregnancy!

Studies have shown that there are substantial benefits for keeping fit during pregnancy. Not only should you keep on exercising during your pregnancy, it is important to try and improve your level of fitness and strength.

Some of the Garmin 620’s unique functions and features including recording and storing training/exercise history allows me to continuously challenge myself; I broke 3 personal records over the last couple of weeks, improving on pace and distance recorded since I started using the watch which keeps me motivated and focussed on my longer term goals.

The intuitive and easy to use touch screen and GPS bundled together with a host of other features really helps to develop you as an athlete, encouraging continual improvement.

You can also upload and download all the exercise information for analysis and you can extend the use by installing a mobile and/or web application allowing your friends, life partner or spouse to track your exercises through various tools and sites.

I’m really looking forward to increasing the use of my Garmin 620 on my journey to regain and improve on my past levels and performances!
