Nick Bester serves as the club's national manager. Bester is a past winner of the Comrades Marathon and a multi-discipline athlete of incredible proportions.

Bruce Fordyce, one of South Africa’s leading proponents of athletics and winner of nine Comrades Marathons and three London to Brighton races, is the assistant manager of the Nedbank Running Club and CEO of the Central Gauteng club.

Zithulele Sinqe, one of South Africa’s most respected and colourful road and track athletes, is the club’s development manager. He has been instrumental in setting up development programmes in several townships.
